An event has happened at our house, what do I do next?
If you can safely turn the water, power and gas off if it is affecting your property do so, otherwise get yourself, family and or anyone else in the property safely out of the building, then call your Insurance Company. If there is a fire call 111
Do I need to contact my Insurance Company first, to get help with repairing my property?
